Nexzon-Krapez was founded by Omabuwa Omayone and Chika Madumere to fix a problem they kept meeting in the field: vendor fragmentation. Complex operations were pulling on five vendors where one accountable partner should stand.
Starting from procurement and supply, we built a ten-step discipline where every stage is documented: requisition to consultation. Today that same discipline runs across nine services, from marine support to construction, under one standard.
